Privacy & your data

Alphabull operates TourSignal and uses the information below to provide accounts, membership access, research tools and support.

Account and workspace

TourSignal accounts store your email address, name, a password hash and secure session records. Verification and recovery links expire and can be used once. Existing development accounts can retain their earlier identity during migration. Venue profiles, imported calendar entries, saved drafts and submissions are stored under your account. Support messages and replies are visible to your account and the site owner. Drafts are sent only when you choose to send through a connected email account.

Connected Gmail

If you connect Gmail, TourSignal uses your verified email address and permission to send the inquiries you approve. We store encrypted connection credentials, your signature, sent inquiry content, recipient addresses, provider message identifiers and sending status under your account. Sending-only connections do not read your inbox. If you explicitly enable reply monitoring, TourSignal requests read access to Gmail and checks conversations associated with TourSignal inquiries to detect replies, delivery failures and opt-outs. These signals stop further outreach, add necessary suppressions and notify you. Your original correspondence remains in Gmail. Disconnect in Email settings to remove the saved credentials; you can also revoke TourSignal in your Google account. Google user data is used only to provide the email features you request, and is not sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models.

Research and payments

The directory contains publicly listed professional facts and source links. Stripe processes payments through an embedded checkout and a customer billing portal. TourSignal stores billing customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, paid-through dates and event records needed to manage membership; it does not store card numbers.

Service providers

The website uses OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure to serve the app, store application data. Customer authentication is handled by TourSignal. Stripe receives the account and billing information needed to process and manage your subscription.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages and completed account verification or membership activation using cookies, device/browser information and approximate location. We exclude account-workspace page views, directory searches, contact details, calendar data and URL query strings. Advertising personalization and enhanced measurement are disabled. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of public pages to change your choice. Declining does not affect membership or payment access. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy.

Retention and requests

Account and workspace data is retained while needed to provide the service. Billing and support records may be retained to resolve payment issues and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Use support to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for those purposes after a request; support will explain any such limitation.

AI

Paid AI is disabled. This application does not send your workspace to an AI provider. Contact support about professional directory corrections or removal requests.
